1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using YouDoodled ("the App"), operated by Rainy Sunday Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use YouDoodled. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Content

Content Ownership and License

• You retain ownership of your User Content
• License grant: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content

Content Rules

As a 17+ app, mature content is allowed. However, you agree NOT to submit User Content that:

• Illegal content: Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Explicit pornography: Contains explicit pornography or extreme violence/gore
• Privacy violations: Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
• IP infringement: Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
• Hate speech: Contains hate speech or discrimination
