Terms of Service for YouDoodled

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using YouDoodled ("the App"), operated by Rainy Sunday Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use YouDoodled. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Content

Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of your User Content
By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content

Content Rules

As a 17+ app, mature content is allowed. However, you agree NOT to submit User Content that:

Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
Contains explicit pornography or extreme violence/gore
Violates any person's privacy or publicity rights
Infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property
Contains hate speech or discrimination

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAINY SUNDAY LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Premium Subscription

Price: Monthly or annual subscription plans available
Benefits: Significantly fewer advertisements compared to free users
Billing: Charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your App Store or Play Store account settings

Refunds

All purchases are processed through Apple or Google's payment systems. Refund requests must be made through the respective app store according to their refund policies.

8. Advertising

Free users will see advertisements served by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers see significantly fewer ads. By using the App, you agree to the display of advertisements as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

11. User Conduct

You agree to use the App responsibly and not to:

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the App's security
Use automated tools (bots) to interact with the App
Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
Spam, harass, or abuse other users
Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage

12. Intellectual Property

The App, including all software, designs, graphics, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Rainy Sunday Labs LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services including:

Google Firebase: Authentication, database, and analytics
Google AdMob: Advertisement serving
OpenAI: Content moderation

Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service.

14. Content Moderation

We use a combination of automated systems and human review to moderate content. We reserve the right to:

Remove content that violates these Terms or Community Guidelines
Hide content pending moderation review
Adjust user ratings for violations
Temporarily or permanently ban users for serious or repeated violations

15. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

16. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the removal of all your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

Service-related communications (account updates, security alerts)
Push notifications about App activity (can be disabled in settings)

We will not send promotional emails without your explicit consent.

18. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first at rob@youdoodled.com. We will work in good faith to resolve issues directly.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainy Sunday Labs LLC regarding the App.
