Introduction

Rainy Sunday Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the mobile application YouDoodled (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use the App.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Age Requirement

YouDoodled is not directed to individuals under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 17. During account creation, users must verify they are 17 or older. If a user indicates they are under 17, account creation is immediately blocked.

If You Believe a Minor Under 17 is Using the App

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor under 17 has somehow bypassed our age verification system, please contact us immediately at support@youdoodled.com. We will take the following actions:

1. Investigate promptly — Review the account and verify the user's age
2. Delete within 48 hours — Remove the account and all associated personal information
3. Strengthen verification — Take additional steps to improve our age verification system if needed

• Account Information: Email address, username, and password when you create an account
• User Content: Drawings, phrases, and other content you create in the App
• Profile Information: Optional display name and avatar

• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including games played, drawings created, and features used

• Analytics: We use Firebase Analytics to understand App usage patterns

Advertising

How Advertising Works

YouDoodled displays advertisements to free users. We use Google AdMob to show ads in the App.

What AdMob Collects

When you see an ad, AdMob may collect:

• Device Information: Device model, operating system, IP address
• Advertising ID: A unique identifier for advertising purposes (IDFA on iOS, AAID on Android)
• Usage Information: How you interact with ads and the App
• Location Data (approximate): General location based on IP address

Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads

On iOS, you will see a permission prompt asking to "Allow App to Track." This is required by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework.

• If you allow tracking: You will see personalized ads based on your interests, which helps support the App
• If you don't allow tracking: You will see generic ads that are not personalized

Opting Out of Personalized Ads

You can control ad personalization:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable for YouDoodled
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• App-level: Upgrade to Premium to see significantly fewer ads

Third-Party Ad Technology

Premium Users

Premium subscribers see significantly fewer advertisements compared to free users. While some ads may still appear, the frequency is greatly reduced to provide a better experience while supporting the app's continued development.

How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide service: Maintain and operate the App
• Enable gameplay: Match you with other players and display drawings
• Improve experience: Optimize and enhance the App
• Communicate: Send you updates about the App

How to Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your YouDoodled account at any time. You can do this directly from the App:

1. Open the YouDoodled app
2. Go to your Profile (tap your profile icon)
3. Tap Settings
4. Scroll down and select "Delete Account"
5. Confirm the deletion

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Account credentials: Your email address, username, and password
• All drawings and phrases: Everything you created in the App
• Profile information: Display name, avatar, and statistics
• Game history: Your ratings, interactions, and gameplay data

Data Retention

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All personal data is deleted from our servers within 30 days of your deletion request. Some aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement purposes, but this data cannot be linked back to you.
